Our Shared Vision of the CDPH Portal

The CDPH Portal is a single point of entry for all residents to conduct online business with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). CDPH's mission is optimizing the health and well-being of the people in California. This mission is achieved, in part, through the issuance of certificates, licenses, permits, and registrations. These authorizations assist in the regulatory oversight of professionals, facilities, and equipment.
